A Strong Existing Relationship
The existing relationship between Xoserve, Esyasoft, and Correla provides a strong foundation for collaboration.
As per the terms of the DSC+ contract and on behalf of DSC Customers, Xoserve instructed multiple third parties to conduct due diligence on the transaction. The extensive due diligence undertaken concluded that the transaction - and resulting change in control of Correla - was in the best interests of Xoserve, its customers, consumers and other stakeholders. On this basis, the Xoserve board gave consent to the change of control and welcomes the transaction.
Since June 2025, Xoserve has successfully partnered with Esyasoft on Project Trident and our future UK Link solution. This includes supporting recent test migration activities, where Esyasoft's SAP expertise helped demonstrate the feasibility of automated migration approaches designed to minimise service disruption, including near-zero downtime approaches that can be used throughout the migration.
Esyasoft is a global energy transition company at the forefront of transforming how the world's energy and utility infrastructure is designed, operated, and managed. By combining digital technologies, data intelligence, smart infrastructure, and sustainable energy solutions, Esyasoft helps utilities deliver more reliable, efficient, and environmentally responsible services to millions of consumers worldwide. With a presence across multiple continents and a growing portfolio of technology, data, and operational businesses, Esyasoft is building an integrated platform that supports the full energy value chain. Guided by its vision to positively impact one billion lives and enable a sustainable energy future, Esyasoft continues to invest in innovation, partnerships, and long-term growth across global energy markets.
Maintaining Stability During the Integration
Maintaining business-as-usual services for customers remains Xoserve's highest priority following the acquisition, and Xoserve is working closely with both organisations to manage the integration and avoid disruption to CDSP services, which continue to be provided by Correla under the unaffected DSC+.
Based on Esyasoft’s industry and technical expertise, the acquisition presents an opportunity for more collaboration that aligns with DSC Customer needs and feedback. All three organisations are working collaboratively to assess what opportunities this will bring and will provide further information as this becomes available.
“Correla is a strategic partner, supporting Xoserve in the provision of the systems and services which underpin the efficient operation of the GB gas market.
We welcome Esyasoft’s acquisition of Correla, as we believe that this will enhance expertise, foster collaboration and drive innovation to the benefit of Xoserve’s customers and wider stakeholders as the energy transition gathers pace.”
Steve Brittan, Xoserve CEO
Next Steps
We are committed to keeping customers informed throughout the integration process and providing clear updates as plans for potential opportunities and any resulting benefits for Customers develop.
Further details, including timing and opportunities for Customers to engage directly with Esyasoft, will be shared within the coming months. Xoserve also intends to support future engagement sessions with Esyasoft to ensure our DSC Customers and stakeholders can ask questions and better understand what the acquisition could mean for Xoserve.
