In this video, representatives from each organisation explain what they bring to the partnership, how they are working together and their shared ambition for a future-ready Code Manager.
The partnership combines deep industry knowledge with expertise in code administration, governance, customer engagement, data and digital transformation. By bringing these capabilities together, the team is working to develop a model that is trusted by both industry and the regulator, while remaining responsive to the changing needs of the Great British gas market.
The proposal is designed to support Ofgem’s Strategic Direction Statement and help the industry navigate regulatory reform, digitalisation and the transition to net zero.
