Summary
This Change Proposal serves as an ‘umbrella’ under which specific Change Variations (CVs) will be raised throughout FY26/27. These CVs will define the detailed scope and draw down associated costs against this overarching proposal.
The intention is for this ‘umbrella’ Change Proposal to be created for FY26/27 from which child Change Proposals can be submitted to deliver changes to UK Link Gemini (and funded via DSC Business Plan Investments). This approach will ensure all UNC and other regulatory work, as well as any process efficiencies can be delivered in a robust and speedy manner providing continued benefit to market parties and National Gas.
